In order to unlock the secret Don't Fear the Reaper ending, you must have completed a series of Side Jobs that are centered around Johnny Silverhand BEFORE entering Embers to meet with Hanako. You will need to have completed the following Side Jobs: Tapeworm. Chippin' In.

there isnt a MOD limit on Vortex, there is an esp/esm limit and that limit is 255. a lot of mods can be "Marked as light" which just converts them to an ESL which does not contribute to the limit.

If you want to unlock Cyberpunk 2077's secret ending, you have to do a bit of ass-kissing with Johnny throughout the game. You'll need to do both his and Rogue's side quests (Tapeworm, Chippin' In, and Blistering Love) for this option to become available.

How to Get The Tower Secret Ending. To achieve The Tower ending, you'll need to betray Songbird at the end of Killing Moon by handing her over to Reed (King of Swords) or refusing to kill her at the end of Somewhat Damaged (King of Cups).
